Group Course

A small group of expectant parents can enjoy. The Little Birth Company full hypnobirthing 8 hour programme that runs over two Saturday mornings for groups. Session 1 & 2 with a break week one and session 3 & 4 with a break week two. Enjoy some brunch in between sessions at our beautiful beach side location. We will then arrange a group reunion once the babies are born. A great way to make new friends and share experiences.

Also included are the LBC workbook and 7 x mp3s. On going support up to the birth of your baby, by phone or email. Access to a private facebook group to share experiences.

Our courses will be back in venue from July 2021! We literally cant wait to meet you :)
